There were many aspects of great work environment in this company. The company provided ample opportunities for learning and training and this helped significantly in the day to day development of the group.
There are many senior, technically savy people in the group who help the new comers at every phase of the project.
The missing aspect is the reliance on older technological tools and resources and these are a bottleneck to better and more efficient code development for the group.
