Pros
Medium sized dealership allows one the ability to learn and perform in many functional areas. When you better understand the business, you can better serve the customer.
Cons
Any downside I could mention here would be of little benefit... There are on occassion petty differences between staff and management, but they are quickly resolved.
Advice to Senior Management
Maintain an envioronment in which open, honest communication is welcomed and encouraged. This honest communication must freely flow in both directions (up and down) in order to be effective.
Pros
Business ethics culture, great team to work with
Cons
Senior Management directed some unproductive initiatives due to distance from the business.
Pros
Good place to work if you will support the Franchise division.
Cons
Not enough career growth due to size of company.
Pros
If you are challenged by solving problems, there are always problems to be solved. If you show a desire to do something, and it is something that management is on board with, you will no doubt be given the responsibility to lead it.
Cons
There are always firedrills - everything needed to be done yesterday even though they were only thought of yesterday. There is a lot of rework because there is often a lack of communication between groups. Once another group looks at it, there is always something that the leadership in that group says is an absolute must to be included.
They have also consistently been downgrading the health benefits without promoting any sort of healthy behavior. Health screenings were performed awkwardly.
Advice to Senior Management
Have a plan - passing projects from group to group is inefficient and creates a lack of ownership and responsibility.
Do something to promote a healthy environment - instead of just telling employees how unhealthy and expensive the insurance is give them incentives to become healthier through reimbursements for gym membership or weight loss programs.

For the most part, at least during my time, you were doing a good job. Could have followed the advice of the career staff more, but all in all, no real complaints
