    Pros

The atmosphere is upbeat and there are expectations out of the team. Its a team environment with awesome interactions with guests and fellow co-workers. The restaurant is clean, fresh quality food is all we serve with a great variety of food for lunch or dinner. Delicious custard for dessert. Availability is flexible.

    Cons

You must be able to learn quick and hold up to your expectations. Leaving your troubles at the door. Fast paced environment. Multi tasking and thinking on your feet.

    Advice to Management

A good team member does what you do, so do your job the best you can anytime you're at work.

    Pros

Jared really cares for the employees. Some of the coworkers are cool and care about their jobs. A lot of cross training.

    Cons

Steve is not the best owner. He doesnt work. Just plays with his phone and orders people around. Scheduling is random and does not respect availability. All of the managers disagree on the littlest things.Do not get a raise even if you learn more than one job [I've learned all the positions f.o.h. yet still at min. Wage]

    Advice to Management

This is the industry where you work with teenagers. They're going to make mistakes. Help them improve instead of criticizing so harshly. Agree on the procedures. All of management disagreeing makes it harder to work.

    Pros

They educate their teams really well. They also are very family friendly- meaning, they understand that family comes first for employees.

    Cons

It is a fast food restaurant. While they try really hard to provide a great work environment, it is still a fast food place.

    Pros

Very nice people, very patient when training. Pay is not too bad for this area

    Cons

No place to advance to. They discourage having multiple jobs, and schedule so that it is VERY difficult to get a second job. Very odd shift hours

    Pros

Professional work environment. Quality management. 50% discount. Management really cares about the well being of their workers. Enjoyed my time there.

    Cons

Sometimes the shifts that are scheduled can be very short and not worth the drive. Pay is obviously pretty low.

    Advice to Management

Management was all around very enjoyable. Better compensation would always be appreciated. Not much I can say against them for being a fast food place.

    Pros

Flexible hours and had the opportunity to work with a lot of different people. Learned the meaning of hospitality management and how to make processes more efficient. Had the chance to remedy numerous situations for incorrect orders or special requests.

    Cons

Managers were often unwilling to help cashiers when busy. There were many hierarchy issues between management, crew trainers and the crew. Often given mundane or useless tasks to complete during slow hours. Completed hours of e-training which was unnecessary/common sense material.

    Advice to Management

Management should ensure proper hands-on training and make sure to treat the staff with equal respect. Employees should receive a better understanding of why certain procedures are necessary so work requirements have a clear purpose.
