    Can refresh knowledge while teaching and helping another students, gain a high respect in the school, and have a good connection with the academic department. Very flexible time and balance in work and study.

    Cons

    some students use the tool to finish their home work without effort. tutors quality is hard to control. Best tutors always are busier than someone else.

    tutors can be rated by the students and salary should relate to the effort that teacher's input.
