Framework product
Pros

Co employees are good to work with.
Higher management is not good.

There are incapable managers who lack exposure of working in other countries and with irrelevant education background.
No Respect for Employees
No authority for HRs , they are just the puppets of Managers
No Exposure to new Technologies.
Stuck in Curam Framework.

They lack Working Standards and no proper work culture.
Advice to Senior Management
Please Hire more capable managers who know to respect their employees and help them Perform Better.
Pros
Good work life balance, good place for settiling down
Cons
Curam is not a place to study or have technical growth, the Curam frame work is very specific and abstracts out all the outside technology. So if you are planning to stay more than couple of years then thats it.
Advice to Senior Management
Nothing much
Pros
There are some good onsite oppurnities and work culture is flexible in terms of timing and dress code.
Cons
There is no proper HR process.
Management is very autocratic.
HR is a puppet in hands of the manager.
NOT a good company to join during recession.
Bottomline-Inspite of all your good work,Manager can make or break your career here and you will not have any body to turn to.
Advice to Senior Management
Stop being autocratic in management.
Give more strength to HR rather than make it a puppet.
Pros
-Onsite opportunity
-Competetive salary
-Flexi Timings
-Good working environments
-Very supportive colleagues
In short it is good place to work.
Cons
Software development is restricted to curam framework i.e. you need to to restrict yourself to curam framework while developing application
Advice to Senior Management
You can take leadership at any time here and you will always be given opportunity to take leadership of what you do.
Pros
Good for someone who is looking for challenge
Cons
Sometimes gets too monotonous with clients
Pros
Work life and personal life balance.
Good salary.
Cons
Not everybody gets to work in new technology. Only one department get onsite oppurtunities.
Pros
Good flexitime, most managers competent and laid-back, far better male/female balance than many tech companies, family friendly. Opportunity to work on products that can make a positive difference in the world.
Cons
Limited opportunities to work on customer sites, poor visibility into what's happening in the rest of the organisation. Use of mostly in-house tools can limit acquisition of useful skills and little emphasis on technical skills training. Product is v large and build times etc can be an issue for productivity. The fact that you're working on a framework that needs backwards compatibility and with custom tools can severely limit options when developing. Fairly monolithic product and little chance to diversify into other products. Insanely annoying bureaucratic annual review process.
Advice to Senior Management
Simplify annual review process and invest more in employees technical development.
Pros
Positive 'can-do' atmosphere is pervasive throughout the company
Generally, management are supportive and skilled, but with a few notable exceptions
Exec management are approachable
Cons
Some senior managers have never worked anywhere else and are out of their depth
Annual vacation allowance is miserly
Sometimes difficult to get credit for jobs well done - others try to take credit
Advice to Senior Management
Listen to people who are lower down the food chain to get a more objective view of what's really happening
Sell the product - it's very good!
Pros
1. Good work/life balance
2. Employer friendly
3. No dress codes
4. Good place to learn about product development process.
Cons
1.Technical exposure is not much for all the developer
2. No onsite opportunity for people in product development department.
Advice to Senior Management
Even the PD people should get onsite opportunity
