I worked at Currie & Brown full-time for more than 5 years
Pros – The paid a reasonable salary for the work that was required.
Cons – They did not provide any hardware (computers, printers, paper, etc.) or any pricing resources (MS Means, MCA, NECA, material and equipment prices, etc.). They did not keep the employees up to date with the procedures and formats that the customers required.
Advice to Senior Management – Be leery of what they say they can do without requiring you to provide all of the resources and hardware.
No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company

I worked at Currie & Brown
Pros – Flexibility
Client Base and geographical presence
Salaries are competative
Vacation above average 401k below average
Cons – Smoke and Mirrors - no cascading information. Management does not listen to employees. Staff retention not a priority. All profits go to Partners, no sharing with Employees. Bonus what Bonus?
Advice to Senior Management – Look internally and consider why you lose so many great people, the employees are your strength, don't blind yourselves with your own self importance.
No, I would not recommend this company to a friend
