    Pros

Decent quality, wide selection of products

    Cons

Management and Marketing is a mess, there are way too many cooks in the kitchen. There is a whole lot of in fighting and blame passing. Quotes take forever, my manager switched back and forth between micromanaging and disappearing. He did not offer constructive criticism but rather when something did not go his way he was very inappropriate and dehumanizing. Not worth the abuse to work there.

    Advice to Management

Get rid of some managers, or at least train the bad ones.

    Pros

They are very flexible with my school schedule, and they are always keeping the job challenging. They say they want to hire me as soon as I graduate.

    Cons

I wasn't trained as I believe I should have been. They just kind of threw me into the position that I am in now and expected me to know everything already.
