    Pros

I worked out of my home which is a great benefit. I was supplied with all the equipment and tools I needed to do the job. In that respect it was a very professional organization

    Cons

Management was the biggest issue. It was clear, after awhile, a particular vice-president did not care for me personally. This person's behavior and conduct was very unprofessional. Based on comments of other employees, there was no effort made to solve problems.

    Advice to Management

The organization went from "one large family" to almost no concern for the interests of regular employees. The superstars were celebrated to the exclusion of all other employees.

    Pros

Flexible schedules, great leadership, and a laid back environment. Management understands that employees have a life outside of work.

    Cons

Difficult to get promoted due to limited opportunities within the company

    Pros

Flexible hours, great working conditions, great benefits

    Cons

Every company has its flaws, this one does to. I have received Property Training and their pay structure is complex but based on production. For the folks commenting on "Quality Control" you must need it. I have never had a problem getting files through. Everyone in the PSM Unit has always been helpful and assisted me in any way they could.

    Advice to Management

Pay attention to your employees. Take care of them.

    Pros

    Their paychecks don't bounce.

    Cons

Where do I start? Earned incomce, which they consider a "bonus", deferred for approximately 60 days, poor working condition (the office was dirty and literally smelled), indifferent and at times hostile supervision, 24/7 on-call requirements, client doesn't pay for ANY reason, you don't get paid, 2 year no compete contract. Read the manditory employement contract carefully before you commit. I am embrassed to say I worked for this company for almost 2 years. I now work for a wonderful company which valuies its employees and thier contributions.

    Advice to Management

Note to Charlie Peak. Charlie: you're selling a service. You're only as good as the people working for you.

  8. The only way to make good money is for them to acquire the company you work for and then you can keep your salary.

    Pros

good benefits if you are a full-time salary adjuster

    Cons

only wants commission adjusters, flawed bonus system

    Advice to Management

Offer salary or you will struggle to find good employees.

  9. Used to be a good company now they are horrible!!! So called "quality control" makes reports much worse.

    Pros

Free time, flexible schedule that's about it

    Cons

Very poor pay almost impossible to make a living. Very unethical layoffs and demoting salaried adjusters to "commission" adjusters; borders on being illegal.

    Advice to Management

Stop the nonsense. Pay salary with benefits. "Too many cooks in the kitchen" with respect to "quality control"

They let you do your job, and minimal micromanagement.

    Cons

The salary bonus structure stinks. They need to re-structure.

    Advice to Management

    Get 'rid of the PSM.

No Training, Flawed Bonus System, Horrible Marketing Strategy, 24 hour On-Call

    Advice to Management

Fix employee bonus program (don't punish adjusters for marketing failures), start property claim training programs
