    Pros

Pros? It's slightly better than being unemployed.

    Cons

This is a family owned and operated business. That's great however, as is typical of most family owned businesses, the Custard family has no real interest in you or your future. Operational management seem incapable of recognizing and awarding talented people. This is a job, not a career. .

    Advice to Management

Try to think beyond you own interests for a change. If you want to attract and retain talent, you need to make t5he effort to treat people with the respect they are due.

    Pros

I had one supervisor that was awesome for 3 years and that was the only reason I stayed. When that changed I was gone.

    Cons

If you want managers to change your findings to ad billing... work for these guys its your license! Lowest pay schedule you will find in the market and the systems are like working in the 80's. But thanks for the $20 Xmass bonus nice job...not worth the postage.

    Advice to Management

Get ride of the branch offices and look how other adjusting companies work get out of the 80's. Know the practices of your branch managers! If you care...

    Pros

Flexible hours, good pay, nice coworkers (except upper management and a few coworkers who will backstab just to get ahead)

    Cons

No room for advancement, lack of management, micro managing, no accountability, manipulative tactics to create fear, no empowerment, poor benefits

    Advice to Management

If you truly care about the company you would not create scare tactics in order to benefit for your own gain. In the end, you will have employees that are only doing what they can to survive and could care less about the company as a whole.

    Pros

They have a diverse clientele which offers opportunity for leaning and growth.

    Cons

This company is only concerned about you as it relates to their bottom line. Considering a position? Ask them why their turnover arte is so high. Ask them why they consistently have so may open positions? Ask them why it takes 60 days to get paid. Ask them why their employment contract in clues a 2 year no -compete clause.

    Advice to Management

You're only as good as the people who work for you.

    Pros

I worked out of my home which is a great benefit. I was supplied with all the equipment and tools I needed to do the job. In that respect it was a very professional organization

    Cons

Management was the biggest issue. It was clear, after awhile, a particular vice-president did not care for me personally. This person's behavior and conduct was very unprofessional. Based on comments of other employees, there was no effort made to solve problems.

    Advice to Management

The organization went from "one large family" to almost no concern for the interests of regular employees. The superstars were celebrated to the exclusion of all other employees.

    Pros

Flexible hours, great working conditions, great benefits

    Cons

Every company has its flaws, this one does to. I have received Property Training and their pay structure is complex but based on production. For the folks commenting on "Quality Control" you must need it. I have never had a problem getting files through. Everyone in the PSM Unit has always been helpful and assisted me in any way they could.

    Advice to Management

Pay attention to your employees. Take care of them.
