Good projects
Great marketing efforts
Cons – Not a lot of processes in place
Bit top heavy
Servicing team needs to be rammed up
High per seat costs
International focus keeps changing erratically
Advice to Senior Management – You are going great but go a bit slow on hiring. Focus more on international ops and business.
It is vital that you increase the quality and strength of servicing team. But overall, good show!

Current Employee – been working at Customer Centria full-time for more than a year
Pros – There is no work. Systems and processes are missing. One can have a very easy time here, and can get away without doing anything!
Cons – Salaries never come on time. People have not been paid for many months. Organisational decisions are not transparent. There is no communication with the employees.
Advice to Senior Management – In its current avatar, things are not working. Pls make drastic changes to avoid shutting down.

Pros – will get a very god environment to work with multiple projects and products
Cons – salary never on time - might go upto 2 months without salary, survival is based on corporate politics, great unfilled promises, pf deductions are namesake - no employee ever seen or heard about his pf account number, literally cheating employees.
Advice to Senior Management – Make things better at-least in future.

Pros – Superb growth path, good projects, excellent culture, vibrant people, good learning and supportive management
Cons – The organization is in a growth phase hence you sometimes feel the odd pinch
Advice to Senior Management – Keep up the great work and all the best

Pros – Some good people running the business, some tools and thoughts which could be industry leading
Cons – too sales driven in approach and not necessarily solution driven
poor financial management from an operational as well as long term perspective
need to get in fitter shape. Preferably by shedding the extra pounds
Advice to Senior Management – identify your strengths, get business. that's the only way to keep paying salaries. Trim if needed. Dont promise and not deliver

Pros – Some very talented people still work for the company. Unfortunate ones
Cons – There is no direction. No one knows what is happening. Only big talk. People who talk big get noticed. People with domain knowledge have no value whatsoever.
Its just all show. A bubble that will burst sooner than later
Advice to Senior Management – Decide what you want to do. Draw a line.
Dont get swayed by smart talkers and sideline those who are really knowledgeable. You are messing up the company big time.

Current Employee – been working at Customer Centria
Pros – good compensation. however don't expect your salary before 20th
Cons – no quality work that may improve your portfolio.hidden but extremely strong workplace politics. Senior management is on continuous look out for scape goats to veil their failures.
Advice to Senior Management – START WORKING!!!!
