Pros – You work at home from your own office , they use voip so you dont have to get another phone line. The pay is ok, you schedule your own hours and if you need time off you just let them know
Cons – You have to get a certain amount of contacts every day and they really pay attention to this, if you dont you are in danger of losing your job. Sometimes the voip does not work properly Constant worry over losing your job
Advice to Senior Management – Management was usually ok I did not have any problems other than maybe a few lost e-mails here and there

Cons – Hours can get cut without warning
