Details
Pros
There is a lot of potential within the industry. This is a company that was designing and manuafacturing customized modular homes and shipping them all over New England. The potential was there to grow the company if enough thought and support was added to the infrastructure.
Cons
Management has little or no respect for employees. They are treated more like machines, and less like people.
Advice to Senior Management
To become more professional and move into the current century. They manage like it is the 1039's.
