    Unfriendly office, incompetent management

Trading Associate (Former Employee) San Francisco, CA

ProsIf you're male and into drinking, sports, and poker, Cutler will be a good cultural fit. Should have an aggressive, Type A personality and like winning.

ConsYou'll have a boss that doesn't follow through on promises or keep you informed of the status of your projects. Coworkers aren't openly hostile but will take advantage of you if they can. You will be ostracized if you don't have a winner-takes-all value system.

Advice to Senior ManagementThis company desperately needs to hire a real manager.
