Cons – Poor communication to hourly employees, not enough employee appreciation

Advice to Senior Management – Consider having focus groups with hourly employees to discuss work place issues. This would help with job satisfaction and would decrease turn over.

Cons – All of senior management, lots of OSHA and USDA rules are ignored or covered up

Advice to Senior Management – When a person in Management commits a felony by Falsifying doccumentation, and senior management is aware of it, its time for outside enforcement to check all aspects of this company

Production teams strive for good performance and high numbers

Cons – No advancement opportunities
No leadership
Poor safety
Very shady operations during audits
Partial treatment towards others because of nationality
Insufficient warning of scheduling

Advice to Senior Management – MIcromanagement needs to stop,
The number of middle management roles needs to grow instead of having a high number of responsibilities delegated to each person,
Compensation needs to get better for all lower and middle positions - Huge disparity exists between middle and upper management. Offer more recognition, praise and acknowledgment to all responsible for good performance
