ProsBecause it was part of CSAUH and UHHS you had access to many knowledgeable people and resources that could assist you in resolving any question that you might have. There was better software to access and higher end systems that you could get really good data to report. The individuals were really the best part of the experience. There's alot of good people that work there.

ConsTwo faced. Inconsistent messages from different levels of management depending on which side they were representing. On one hand you heard MISSION and on the other you heard MAKE MONEY. It was very difficult to merge the two philosophies.

Advice to Senior ManagementIt wouldn't matter; they have a one track mind and really don't care what employees have to say at all.

ProsThe compensation and benefits were good. The "mission part" of the organization is a great plan. It makes you feel like you're doing something worth while when you can help someone.

ConsBoy, what a mud slinging kind of place. If you aren't in the "in" crowd, you might as well get the heck out of there! I wouldn't trust certain high level management as far as I could throw them. Some are really good, but unfortunately they are outnumbered by the poison that has infiltrated some of the senior management positions.

Advice to Senior ManagementDecide which direction you are going in and try not to change your mind in mid stride. Either commit to mission or don't, but at least be honest about it.

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend
