    Pros

HR is awesome they care about the employees come up with new things to add to make the employees happy. Always learning new things company is growing and top leadership has good foresight to steer the company to an amazing future. Pay is at or above market value for the positions. Lots of chances to move up if you apply yourself. Free lunch Monday - Friday can't beat that.

    Cons

Managers hold your career in their hands, some like to micromanage their departments which can make it hard to do your job.

    Advice to Management

Listen to your employee more, train your managers and directors, have corporate policies in place, that can't be left open for a director to decide if it should be enforced or not.

    Cons

A little behind in technology process.

Embrace DevOps and pay off that technical debt.

    Pros

Very Laid back environment, opportunity to learn, Lunch provided in house

    Cons

Upper management hires people to make process and cultural changes.. but does accept the changes they are trying to incorporate. One person (Owner) making most of the biggest company decisions leads to cheap solutions, Staggered Pay Rates and unhappy employees. Benefits include no 401k matching, no pension, no retirement, No bonuses and decent medical.

    Advice to Management

Pay people what they deserve and people will not leave as often.

    Pros

Company really takes care of it's employees with company paid insurance, free lunch and other perks. Company is growing and constantly hiring.

    Cons

Still enduring growing pains, and shortage of staffing. New Directory recently brought in and making some good changes after only 3 weeks on the job.

    Advice to Management

Continue making strides with departments and open communication. Raise compensation to stop high turnover rate.

    Pros

Very enthusiastic employer who is very friendly and charming.

    Cons

Was promised pay for hours worked and as yet, never have been paid for any of it. I couldn't continue to afford to work for free, so I have taken a better job working for Network Solutions.

    Advice to Management

It would probably be a good idea to pay your employees.
