    Pros

    Great technology team with an amazing IP portfolio. Coworkers are recruited from a variety of industries and backgrounds. Elite talent from the best universities in the world.

    Cons

    There were way too many product verticals that the company tried to go after. It was unfortunate, because the technology was amazing, but not enough resources were spent on any one single initiative.

    Advice to Management

    Focus on one key product. Let it launch and grow.

    Pros

    Management really only care about result, won't care how you accomplish it

    Cons

    They give you very short time frame before they expect result, and often time they change requirement during the process.

    Advice to Management

    Stick with an idea and be firm about it. Constant changes in design is detrimental to any company. -filler- -word-
