Pros
Cybage is one of the best company i worked with. As far as company work culture and stress free environment is concerned.
Cons
The downsides of working at Cybage Software is some of the policies which are not employee favoring like comp off,weekend compensation..etc

Cybage Software is very good company i worked with but we desperately need to improve the appraisal process for employee benefit.

you can get a good start for ur career and you will learn technical here at start of your career

Take care of your senior members too. Afterall experienced employees are needed in a team

Training of manager is required. Should revise the compensation as per the industry standard.
Also need to know the employees perception and working on the suggestion given by the employees.

Good for freshers as there are opportunities to learn technical things and grow technically, as they are explored to many technologies. Training department arranges many trainings on various subjects, right from technical to soft skill.
Cons
Time flexibility is not there. There are many projects where employees are asked to work late nights and compensation is not given in terms of a day off.

Need to think more about how to retain good employees. Just providing numerous facilities (infrastructure) is not needed always. should be more flexible in terms of leaves and timings.

1) You get hardcore development work even if you are a fresher.
2) Some of the managers are technically very sound.
3) As a fresher, you get good exposure on decission making, estimation which is very crucial for any starter.
4) Complete 3 years as a starter in Cybage and you would be ready to work in any big company.
5) Heaven for QA engineers.

1) They present you as a 2 years experiance person in front of client even if you have just joined as a fresher.
2) HR policies are not good.
3) Very less onsite opportunities.
4) Not a good company to be with in recession period.
5) Does not care to appraise laterals. Every year hires loads of freshers from CDAC.

Get rid of the faulty 360 appraisal system.
