I have been working at Cybage Software full-time (more than 8 years)

    Pros

Good work culture, many events over the year in Pune, India office.
    Training department arranges good trainings
Good for freshers, many things to learn. Lead positions at early stage if you show good progress and take ownership of work.
Variety of projects in various domains like media and entertainment, travel & hospitality, Mobile, BI etc.
Business has spread to many countries recently like Australia, UAE, Germany, Japan etc.

    Cons

New policies are making people unhappy at work place.
Not paying competitive salaries to the high experienced people.
Company higher management has no will to increase business....seems they are happy with what they are earning now.
Benefits are not passed to employees since its a pvt company. No bonus or anything.
Company is getting many requirements for onsite, but they do not want to grow out of India... Only Sales persons are sitting in many overseas offices. Engineering strength is not that great (not even 100) overseas.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Instead of making 8 hours rule, give motivation to the employees and get more work done by them.

I have been working at Cybage Software full-time

    Pros

    Good for fresher.
    Open culture
It help you to groom technically and professionally. Good technical growth only for freshers.

    Cons

Some people at high post are not standard as per their level.
    Increment not based on performance.
    Very less development actual work.
    Mostly QA and maintance work.
No compoff for working late. Even if your PM approves the same, some Delivery Manager's give false promises for compoffs.
Admin Policies are worst, if you have to stay late for project work then you will get Rs 50/- only as food allowance. That too requires 2-3 approvals.
    Less onsite opportunities.
Bad working hour system. Even if you don't have any project you need to sit at your desk for 8 hours.
No one can help you if you are stuck in some bad project i.e. in any less techie project.
High Attrition rate, because laterals get more salary then the internal people. Some recent laterals hires are pathetic in terms of technical knowledge and there attitude.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Please focus on work rather than girls. As girls have better chances to get promoted than boys just because of few characterless people. Stop promoting people depending on there face-value.
Have true insights of your juniors if you want to retain real talents.
