    Lack of transparency Changes are frequently made to the product without advance notification, resulting in unexpected issues and upset customers Not great potential for upward mobility Product isn't improving as quickly as those of competitors

    Increase organizational transparency, dedicate more attention to employee development resources, keep the best interests of customers in mind when making decisions.

    Benefits, work/life balance, compensation, office spaces

    Cons

    After Mike Walsh resigned, CYBS struggled to find senior leadership and has lost confidence from many employees that can innovate with a 20 year old platform.

    Advice to Management

    Failing to hit roadmap objectives and constant churn of employees is bad for culture, productivity and morale.

    This company treats their employee's very well and offer great benefits.

    They do not have a good home/work life balance.

    Advice to Management

    Management should be more willing to allow flexible schedules. When management hears your concerns and makes adjustments to meet their employee's needs, they will be more motivated to do a better job.

    Pros

    Benefits are good. There is a 2 to 1 401k match to 3%. Good insurance. Other ancillary benefits not often found with other companies (legal plan, paternity leave, etc.).

    Cons

    Very little opportunity for growth, promotion, or raises

    Advice to Management

    Over the course of my tenure, things went from bad, to worse, then to better. Process and policies have improved significantly over the past 10 months, but there are still no advancement opportunities.

    Great benefits Matching 401k Decent pay at first tuition reimbursement

    Cons

    No room for growth or room for advancement tedious work did not hire new people when many people quit which created more work for everyone else

    Provide your employees with opportunities for growth, no one wants to feel like they are at a dead end job.
