Get with current times and allow appropriate departments to work from home.

Most of the people I worked with were good people and I had a decent non-confrontational relationship with most people at Cybera.

No opportunity for advancement. Not the greatest management team either, which was evidenced by the departure of many of them over the past few years.

Better communication within the company. A more clearly defineable review process that includes a better roadmap with expectations on future career goals and what opportunities are available.
