I worked at Cybercom Group full-time (more than an year)

    Pros

If you want predictability, a decent salary and friendly colleagues, this is a good place to work. You do not have to work too hard to keep your supervisors happy. Good benefit packages.

    Cons

If you want excitement, driven colleagues that challenge you and cutting-edge client projects, then this might not be the place for you.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Work on your employer branding. Make supervisors challenge their supervisees. Build some true pride in the Cybercom brand. Printing pillows with "passion" does not make it a core company value.

I worked at Cybercom Group full-time (more than an year)

    Pros

    Salary (if you negotiate well)
    A few expensive dinners

    Cons

    1. Racist Swedish colleagues & managers. If you are not a Swede or are dark skinned, you are treated as nothing.
    2. Swedish colleagues were found to be low-skilled and of lower intellect. Most of the actual work seemed to be out-sourced.
    3. If you are a non-Swede, you are made to work like a mule, while Swedes work strictly 8 hrs a day.
    4. They will put you in any project possible to make money. Who cares about your career?
    5. No long term vision
    6. Managers only care about their salary and promotions

I have been working at Cybercom Group

    Pros

Cybercom is a big company so you dont need to deal with details related to your work. You get a lot of different assignments and I am sure you can work for and on different technologies a lot because there is no one thing Cybercom does.

    Cons

It's a big consultancy. The management is promoted because they have been a long time at the company and they don't necessarily event understand the tech they are in charge of. As a senior SW engineer you can get a lot of responsibility if you like, but it's hard to fight the management.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Don't focus on cents when you sell a project and understand the tech you are in.

    I worked at Cybercom Group

    Pros

There are good people and nice working atmosphere. Most of the projects are very interesting and mostly projects are running on Cybercom premises.

    Cons

Compensation is not the best possible. There's no place for new ideas and some times it's very hard to get support for your work. Some project are running on customer premises and some times this is not the best possible solution.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Some times it would be good idea to take also middle management to the discussions.
