    Pros

Great learning experience. Cross training allows for opportunities to work in other areas of interest. Amazing outcomes for patient's using the product makes you want to do a good job.

    Cons

Poor one size fits all kind of training. Not enough help in the complaints department leaves staff over worked and burned out. Incentives that are explained in the interview aren't actually available because the department never reaches their goals. Most weeks I worked 17 hours a day.

    Advice to Management

Senior Management should really get involved to understand just how displeased the quality staff is and why. Have better training material for quality and sales force, instead of the exact same training. It is not helpful. Hire more people. Just a personal pet peeve....it's was a really dark in their all the time...turn on the friggin lights or add some.
