    worst company ever

I worked at Cyracom International as a contractor (more than 10 years)

    Pros

They have more clients and that equals more work.

    Cons

The company pays you after 2 months of work
They use a tier system that determines if you get more calls or not ( which in my suggestion and other former contractors think should be removed.
Lowest pay as they promise if you charge them less, they will send you more calls..That is messed up
You get paid in cents while they charge their clients more than 4 dollars per minute . feels like you are working in a sweat shop.
Happy employees or contractors are good for business..as they are the ones who are helping you make all the big bucks.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Pay your contractors on time and pay them what they deserve as the standard of living is high as we do not live in india where life is cheap.
You WILL continue to loose highly trained employees and contractors who have been there for many years and are loyal and end up with untrained interpreters who are learning english as a second language and no client will want to deal with them.
working for a company that values you is the best feeling in the world, I never felt that with cyracom international.

The other review comparing this to The Office is spot on

I worked at Cyracom International (more than an year)

    Pros

You will have great work stories just because of what an unbelievable train wreck this company is
    Free lunch Fridays

    Cons

Zero guidance from my direct manager
Work very bland and non-engaging if you're not traveling
It feels like the TV sitcom The Office, but with more of the awkward situations and none of the humor because it's actually real life.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Fire some of your incompetent middle managers. The sales org is extremely dissatisfied and in the past few months most of the downtown office has left for better opportunities, resulting in its closure.

I worked at Cyracom International full-time (less than an year)

    Pros

learned new vocabulary. Learned how to take better notes quickly.

    Cons

Difficulty in expanding new vocabulary daily.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Consider more training to help others get over nervousness or when people are difficult on the phone on how to handle it. I saw peers of mine break down when the calls got difficult.

I worked at Cyracom International full-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

Bring your dog to work on Friday is the only great part of the company.

    Cons

The corporate dynamic is much like the show, The Office excluding the humor. Middle Management and Upper Management promote a male dominant work environment with an emphasis on unethical behavior.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Offer anonymous surveys to your employees about corporate management.
