Czarnowski is like a family. Coworkers are friendly and the owners are willing to help their employees anytime.

Cons

Because most of the offices are small, it is difficult to change positions or "climb the ladder."

Pros

Cash under the table is great, if your a Shark!
We dont move a finger until it's time and ahalf, if you dont pay the supervisor cash under the table.
There are 4 supervisors in 1 shift, i forgot to mention that you need to pay each one before we lift a finger.

Cons

The client has no choice.
Teamsters will screw you in the end.
The client is catching on, 1st it was Chicago, who is next.

Advice to Senior Management

We are no longer in a possition to do what we do, we are no worse than the bankers in wallstreet.
Once the cat is out of the bag and you are exposed the industry will not get a bail out.
