    Pros

    - Casual Dress Code - Great health benefits - Competitive compensation - Stocked pantry(ies) - Fun work perks (in-house happy hours, surprise treats, etc) - Smart, motivated co-workers - Academic culture - Flexibility in maintaining a good work/life balance - No holiday policy

    Pros

-Some of the smartest and most self-motivated people I've ever worked with -Diverse staff - so many unique interests (artists, musicians, etc.), especially for a financial firm -Fun perks (happy hours, lectures, snacks, etc.) and good benefits -Interesting work
