I have been working at D P Technology Corp full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

    - A job
    - Paying on time
    - Seems to be stable with the occasional firing

    Cons

    - Controlling environment (they are always watching you and in your business)
    - Over-promising and under-delivering (income and benefits)
    - Poor benefits kept at a minimum
    - Sweat shop
    - No room for personal growth

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Become a real tech company and less of a sweat shop. Control only keeps desperate people on board. If you are okay with mediocre employees then keep going.

    Doesn't Recommend
    Neutral Outlook
    Disapproves of CEO
