    Excellent Company. Family oriented. Employees tend to stay there a long time.

    Great Company.... Management is always concerned to make sure you are enjoying your internship.

    Some superintends could put more trust in their interns and delegate down to them.

    My manage is always concerned to make sure I'm learning something from my summer internship. He understands that interns are the future of the company.

    Great benifits and great retirement plan, fun and friendly working environment with great people to work with

    Starting pay is a little lower than other builders but you do have a stable job. The people are slightly clickish.
