Anonymous Employee (Former Employee) Chicago, IL

ProsSalary was "ok", Benefits were "ok"

    Meat Grinder

New Account Acquisition Specialist (Former Employee) Greensboro, NC

Prosmost of the office personal was nice, I enjoyed my co-workers and direct supervisor

Consit is an awful inside sales job. The hand you recycled leads and complain when you cannot turn them into new sales. Most of the work is cold calling people who did not know their company had a business credit report then you over charge them for access to it.

Advice to Senior Managementstop with the bad leads to the smile and dial factory floor. The training is awful, support non-existent, and yet it was presented, daily, as if it was the best thing since sliced bread

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company

Great Team; Management Short Term Focus

Lead Architect (Former Employee) Parsippany, NJ

ProsEmployees worldwide are a great team who are dedicates to delivering high quality solutions.

ConsFinancials run every aspect of the company. You can never be sure that a project you are working on will continue because management has demonstrated too many times they will stop projects just to meet a monthly target number.

Advice to Senior ManagementDecreasing headcount as a result of a bad financial figures is very short sighted. Financial Flexibility only creates stress on your employees. Instead focus on growing revenue.

    Risk Management Specialist

    Risk Management Specialist (Current Employee)

ProsCan work close to home or remote. Top of the industry. Certain managers are great. Good entree into the b2b world if you have not done that before.

ConsFinancial Flexibility every year - kind of like the D&B Hunger Games where they just pick a certain number of people in different areas to lay off that are supposedly not bringing value. Although, they have chosen people who were definitely very capable and valuable.

Advice to Senior ManagementStop having reps manage the whole contract process, it is a total drain on time and resources. D&B is famous for minimizing resources and just sucking the life out of everyone because they are doing the job of 6 people. Stop being so pennywise and dollar dumb or whatever that saying is. Invest in some resources so that your sales people can be out selling instead of strapped to a computer all the time managing contracts.

Credit Advisor (Former Employee) Tucson, AZ

    ProsGreat Training, good team leaders

Conspoor upper level management, it seemed like the right hand never knew what the left hand was doing. HR, didn't even know their own policies.

Advice to Senior ManagementRemeber that the CSRs are people and that without them you would have no paycheck.
