It's a Family Owed Business
Shows good signs of steady growth
Top management listens to employee feedback
There is a good divesity in the customer base
Cons
There is little room for advancement. Tools needed to do the job right are not always available. Doing a good job is seldom recognized.
Advice to Senior Management
Seriously consider a disciplinary policy that you would actually enforce. There are certain employees that continually do not follow company policies with no consequences.
