Pros – great management work in dalda who support us when we r in critical atmosphere

Cons – i just say that they have to upgrade their thinking

Advice to Senior Management – they should have to appreciate all the workers who playing major part in production site

Pros – I chose this company due to its strong brand name and inside sophisticated culture. The senior management is very good but there are some black sheep.

Cons – The system of the company is pathetic as there is the discrimination between trade channels which causes dissatisfaction among employees. Some of the old people are quite snobbish and having irritating attitude.

Advice to Senior Management – Nincompoop and irritating people ought to be replaced in order to improve the system
