Pros
After a couple of troubled years, jobs seem now to be pretty safe.
Cons
No meritocracy, promotions and bonuses are assigned only on base of personal connections
No growth or career opportunities for employees without a personal sponsor, indipendently on merit and qualification
Advice to Senior Management
Consider cutting the number of project/team manager who do literally nothing the whole day.
It's impossible to have more managers than workers, and still workers need to manage themselves because all those managers are basically absent, either for incompetence or for lack of interest in their job.
Pros
In this company, some manager will pay the education fees including the textbook and tutorials for their employee. But sadly not all of them offer that.
Cons
The promotion chances are so limited, and you usually need to work there for 3 years to get a ten thousand dollars raise, which is not good
Advice to Senior Management
The management should more focus on promote and educate the young employees and give them more chances to grow in the company. Otherwise, it cant keep people.
