Pros
working hours is okay and pretty much lenient for personal time spending.

Benefits and salary for promotion and all is not equal and low knowledge for some new leader
Advice to Senior Management
Give more training for the product especially for the leader and new project leader. Set some SOP and proper guidelines.
Pros
Very flexible work hours.
Above average staff recreation facilities/rooms complete with video games.
Subsidized gym membership, monthly car park charges.
Cons
HR doesn't have the time or resources to develop talent acquisition/retention programs.
Some business unit heads are too engrossed with their business travels and neglect day-to-day operations or employee discipline problems.
Older employees are so resistant to/terrified of change it is hilarious.
I was constructively dismissed by the Marketing BU head for reasons only known to her, while the HR dept I spoke to did nothing to reassure me that they would investigate my concerns.
Advice to Senior Management
Seriously study attrition rates and take appropriate action to prevent DATACOM from being a great place to work. The IT/BPO industry is a competitive industry and employees who do not want to see change should be shown the door.
