    Pros

Being able to work remotely, flexibility in schedule, had great co-workers, ok salary - part was commission based, we had great accounts/clients

    Cons

Some new employees and no online marketing experience, didn't listen to best industry practices, no new business brought in but lost several big accounts so my income was falling,, issues with my commission payout when I left and no way to advance in the company.

    Advice to Management

Listen to your employees, they want what is best for the company. The CEO would say one thing and other Senior management would tell you another.....don't lie to your employees. Even if remote, employees do talk and get the whole story.

    Pros

I am working with DBG, for past 3 years in all these years what I cherish from the company is family working atmosphere. Iam thankful to DBG for molding my professional life to a path where I can see only the heights of success. In the company morality plays a vital role, as because of this everybody realize their responsibility by their own. I love to be with DBG as long as possible.

    Cons

Training on required technologies are very much necessary.

    Pros

Co-workers talents are both broad and deep. Technical team is highly skilled at product design and delivery. Fortune 100 client list.

    Cons

Poor internal communication and lack of strategic focus. Not willing to embrace new technologies in an industry where innovation is the key to growth. Genuine lack of joy around the office.

    Advice to Management

Too much internal politics means that senior management is never on the same page which turns poor planning into even worse results.
