    Interns dont do anything

Summer (Current Employee) Hong Kong (Hong Kong)

ProsMost staff are generally friendly and polite. Occasional company celebrations. Unfortunately I do not have much more to say for pros than that.

ConsAs an intern I worked 9-6. However my only "work" done was stapling papers. Supervisors and managers were unresponsive when I asked for more challenging tasks and HR did not help at all. Pay is almost negligible.

Advice to Senior ManagementLearn to use your interns wisely. Even if you're paying them a little, it's still money wasted if they're doing menial tasks. This method of internship will not appeal to your interns in wanting to return full time.
