Pros
Get account management experience in IT Supplies Sector.
Cons
Small company with limited vision. Marketing is very weak so company expects all new sales to come from "cold calling", and cold calling certanly doesn't work, especially when calling from a small company without a name lie this.
Advice to Senior Management
Hire experienced Senior Management. Or sell the company to a more able competitor.
