Not enough recognition for your work and they do not value employees as much as they should.

Advice to Senior Management

Please revamp some of the processes as they are not modern and really cripple the company.

The way they schedule is planned so badly that you will be able to get a lot of overtime especially at the end of the month.

Cons

You'll be screamed at and talked down to. You'll be blamed for mistakes and won't be trained. You'll work for someone with no experience because they are friends with the right people. You will never be promoted or advance from the position they hired for. No raises at all.

Advice to Senior Management

Realize that not everyone you hire has to be a 20 year old girl that agrees with everything you say. Say thanks every now and then even to the people you don't have happy hour with.
