Pros – *Great learning experience.
*Awesome team to work with. Enjoyed every single day of my work with them.
*Prompt management and very approachable people including the CEO
*They give you a great atmosphere and also a place where your ideas are respected and not ridiculed.
* Keep up the promises made.
*Extremely co-operative and friendly atmosphere. East to even put across your opinions to even the top management as they hear you.
* Very co-operative HR and front office personnel.
* Timely payments no cuts even when I missed a day of work.
*Great place to grow.

Cons – *Sometimes no proper communication between the team leads to some delays. But this is totally negligible as they are expanding a big time and growing and finding hard to manage all.

Advice to Senior Management – Guys you are doing great. I hope innovations and the same atmosphere is given to all interns and all new employees.
