Pros – Has the infrastructure and access to global markets to deliver a better service if restructured on the front end (customer service, sales and marketing). There is a lot of capability and with improvement in communications and willingness to cooperate between locations, the possibilities would improve exponentially,
Cons – Quite a political organization, quite said in its ways and very fragmented geographically - - not ideal for print industry as margins are small industry wide and competition is stiff.
Advice to Senior Management – Cross sell more and leverage international locations to rise above the fray.
