I have been working at DGA Security Systems full-time
Pros – Stable company to work for if you're not a salesman. If you are a salesman then you better sell something in your first month or you're gone.
Cons – Management is old fashioned. Environment very clique-ish
Advice to Senior Management – Loosen up. Certain managers have a stick up their rear end. And nobody likes to have a company picnic on a weekend! Ties shouldn't be mandatory. If we can conduct business with no ties on Friday then what makes that different from any other day? We should lose the ties.
