Pros
I enjoy working at DHL it has allowed my to travel and meet new people. DHL is not shy about sending employees to different parts of the world for meetings and training.
Cons
Long hours during peak season October through early January. With the economic slowdown it seems that there is less and less growth opportunities.
Advice to Senior Management
Leadership is solid from and information technology stand point. This issue have often been with the BIT and operations personal.
