Pros
good people who cared about their job that made the job pleasant. decent pay once you reach top pay but takes many years to get there.
Cons
too many chefs in the kitchen (supervisors and upper management ) mis managment of accounts in undercutting their competitors( ups -fed ex )which led to their downfall in u.s. supervisors and managment not qualifield were put in to those positions of who they know.managment did not care about the worker just service, very degrading and try to put intimidation toward the worker to get production.company ruined many lives who spent a good number of years andt kicked them to the curb with mass layoffs do to their incompetance.
Advice to Senior Management
try taking suggestions from the workers who are actully doing the work and stop looking at numbers to make yourselfs look good.
