Pros
Schedules are not complicated. good pay. you are guaranteed your hours weither you are full time or part time. Its a Night job
Cons
it gets hot it is a warehouse then you have some favortism in the workplace but thats all work places
Advice to Senior Management
Try to make the work place an equal opportunity the best way possible dont look at new hires no differently than others. stop the favortism and make everyone understand we are a team not just every person for them selves soit can be more comfortable

International company can travel globally. Forward thinking management with clear goals and direction. Very good drive towards effiiciency with no wasted costs.
Cons
Not enough time for training to learn new skills. I would like to have been offered a career development plan where my future was mapped out

Focus on staff development. You do take the time to do reviews of the staff but I would like to see more action taken as a result

i unerstand they are trying to have better communication with employees. I wish they had listened to us drivers when they bought us out. Maybe we would still have our jobs.I loved my job. It was the best thing I did in my life taking a job with Airborne Express. I miss my van . What a shame it had to go down like that.

there were some bad moves made be management. The company asked for suggestions,but not one suggestion was put in place.

Treat your customers like gold. They do pay for your paychecks every week.
