    1) Numerous opportunities to learn on the job within functional domain 2) Due to scope and size, good career growth opportunities within the division and the different DHL units 3) With the changes driven, good opportunities always appearing

    1) Cross divisional learning opportunities with other DHL divisions not as much due to the very different working environments

    - The working environment is good with strong support from co-workers. - Good process guideline established for easy flow on getting work done. - Multi-national working environment with people across different countries.

    - Lack of investment on assets. - No clear vision on the target customers. - Lack of support for businesses outside of Java and Sumatera islands.

    - Set clear focus on the future plans, especially establishment of business outside current comfort zone. - Hire mixture of talents from various countries to support a truly Multi-national company working culture. -
