    Pros

    Management and colleagues were very supportive and friendly. Great place for learning, developing and implementing your knowledge.

    Cons

    The pay rate is less as compared to the work load.

    Advice to Management

    Invest more in development of colleagues.

    Product development and road map match market requests well.

    Cons

    Still only a tromboning IVR box even is the SIP domain Too many prima donnas in the support arena, not willing to provide real support to customers or even internally

    Support should be best in class,
