Pros
Good schedule as long as desired results are achieved.
Cons
Poor communication downchain, management shows poor ability to communicate with employees.
Advice to Senior Management
Keep us in the loop, employess seem to want to do a good job but are frequently left in the dark until the change has already been made, therby not knowing where they stand and which direction to move in positively for the company.
