    Pros

    -Decent benefits
    -A few decent co-workers

    Cons

-Not flexible, regardless of what they may state in the interview
    -Terrible management, and HR team
    -Lack of communication
    -SIGNIFICANTLY more work than employees
-Does NOT tend to their customers needs
-Does NOT put money where it needs to go, ie. hiring more employees, providing adequate materials etc.

    Advice to Management

Understand that people have lives, and families, and most are doing the best they can with what they have, it is okay if someones situation isn't fit for the position, but rude, disrespectful attitudes are not acceptable. Do not tell your future employers one thing in the interview, and tell them that you accept their situation until you hire them, and it is not the case. Take time to thoroughly train your employees, and give them time to understand their job, and the position, and their tasks, do not throw them in to a job because you have way too much backed up work, and expect perfection.

  3. Helpful (1)

Dead end job, unless related or friends with HR or upper management.
