Pros – Really Thinking ..ah yes If you are a fresher willing to work in a high pressure environment amongst incompetent managers...DimDim software gives at excellent platform to the worst corporate live.. every other place after that will fell a heaven

Cons – Worst paymaster they squeeze every ounce from the employees. Employees are known to work like crazy and yet the pay-scale they are offered is minuscule

A startup in 2007 they are 50+ employee base. The initial team was formed by Indians who moved back from US two -three years ago. Yet they choose US as Headquarters.......that is the tip of iceberg in hypocrisy...Setting up an office in India headquarter in the US ...where people have been hired by the Indian team.

There are no HR policies ..forget an HR they do not have an HR team. Come to think of it they are 50+ employee base. The roles are given without any background or skill competency in mind. The best e.g is the Director of Marketing who is in his first role ever in marketing....the work he does is equivalent to what a business development exec does in other firms....Imagine a Director of MArketi9ng with no experience in marketing the very first job …Director Marketing

I could go on and on But my advise is just catch hold of any employee outside the office and you will come to know the real picture

Advice to Senior Management – Pay employees what they are worth and for God Sake get a competent HR team and policies in place

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend
