They were pretty flexible with our schedules and had 2 weeks off, of the bat being full time.

    Cons

    Advice to Management

    Pros

Easy. Met some good people. Paid time off, personal days, vacation time.

    Cons

Management is terrible. They're inefficient, slow, not helpful, selfish, not persistent, and they don't care. They shouldn't open a store without training the manager in everything, or choosing a more suitable manager that had more experience. They did not send out the w-2 forms until February, delaying tax filling. Their handbags are not made that great.

    Advice to Management

Put more importance on employees basic needs and store's needs.

    Pros

Company works to meet needs of client, Provides a lot of training, committed to the development of employees, generous employee discount that sometimes spans to other LVMH companies, inspired style and pieces that are easy to love, fun and fast paced

    Cons

The environment is highly sales driven, but they will work with you and train you if you are uncomfortable in sales. on call shifts can be a pain.

    Advice to Management

Do less on call shifts, estimate the client volume better. I do not really have any other complants, I loved working for this company!
