    Inconsistent and Unreliable

Anonymous Employee (Current Employee) Washington, DC

ProsYou can submit your colleagues for company recognition. They know how to party.

ConsManagement does not demonstrate that it values or respects employees. Communication is one-way and highly paternalistic. New hires are poorly qualified and require extensive hand-holding.

Advice to Senior ManagementDeal with employees honestly, listen to them--especially when you're in unfamiliar territory--pay them according to their results, and treat them like adults. Respect your customers by making sure you understand their requirements and doing your best to meet them (no cutting corners).

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company
