Pros – tmy coworkers were great, we did receive bonuses at the end of the year which was very helpful especially aroind the Holidays, Tuitition reimbursement was availiable.
Cons – The cons in my teamwork and lack of energy at this company from a lot of senior employees. People were ok with just coming to work and just getting paid.
Advice to Senior Management – Positive reinforcement is always a plus. Spending more time with union employess for support. Knowledge of their jobs is also a great advantage.

Pros – Extremely loyal, dedicated, knowledgable employees who really want to serve their customers. Financial transparency has improved.
Cons – The choir of employees can be heard to sing: "No strategy; no direction; no leadership; slow or no decision making." Teflon-coated senior management has gained the unfortunate reputation of "throwing people under the bus." Whipsaw long-term stock price.
Advice to Senior Management – Pack up and hand over the keys to someone who cares more about making a difference and not just window dressing.
