More stress than needed. The type of day you're going to have depends on the mood of management. Sometimes the management finds it easier to replace you than to remedy any issues. Several times I questioned myself on if I'd have a job at the end of the day.

Advice to Senior Management

Employees are more than just a cog in a machine. They need feedback on how they are doing, and if there are issues they should be given an opportunity to fix the problem. If you're stressed about something, take a moment to calm yourself so you don't take it out on the employee. You catch more flies with honey than vinegar.
